I hate February, but I love June!

That is a gorgeous combination!! Even though my June gets quite a bit of light it doesn't ever seem to be that yellow in the spring.

This was my June last summer - mid-July. the leaves looked good on it into early October, but we had so much rain that nearly every picture has raindrops. I've had this plant several years - divided it last spring. Sold off some divisions and kept one that I plan to plant in different light conditions to compare the effects of different light. This is on the east side of my house and gets morning sun.

Here is another June combo I find particularly striking.

I like how the blue of the spruce is picked up in 'June'.

Here is June under a "Beni Maiko" Japanese maple. By the way, Beni Maiko is a "must have" Japanese maple. I have 2, one in the ground, amd a beauty in a container. It is the most gorgeous color in the spring, as you can see from this photo.

Beautiful pictures, beautiful plant. I have a very nice one, but cannot seem to locate a picture of it anywhere.
In a little under 4 months we'll turn that calendar page over to June!
