Hosta of the Day - Green Sand Pebbles

Postby redcrx » Feb 14, 2016 10:10 am

I wasn't going to bother with this one but for something nice to look at on a freezing winter morning why not.

Green Sand Pebbles is a stabilized form of Sand Pebbles. A version of this plant shows up in the Myhostas Database with "Originator" as John O'Brien and listed as a sport. Mine is not the "sport" just a Sand Pebbles that went green.

For a solid green one it is a nice looking plant. Seems to have a lot of character to it, and I like the flowers too.
