Lists - That's what I'll do this winter!

Apparently when my house was built, they used 80% gravel for fill on a 1/3 acre lot, and there are big trees along property lines. I tried daylilies first - most don't do well. Irises are doing better in my soil. Hostas are competing with tree roots, but seem to be hanging on.
