I have seperated 3 pups from a 7ft tall potted Musa basjoo. I've gotten them with good strong roots, and potted them beside 'mom'. It looks like they have something. I am seeing brown edged leaves, even the top new ones. Does anyone know what it is?

One can only guess they are lacking water or to much? New babies when we remove them are placed out of the sun and on
the north side of the house for a few weeks until they show signs of standing on their own. One doesn't want to set them in the
sun as they can go into shock from being removed from the clump. Hope this helps?
