One a day - Hosta 'Elisabeth'

An oldie, 1983.
If you were to look it up in the Hosta Library, I don't think many people would be tempted to put it in their garden.

Hope this picture can change your mind.

Yours is definitely a nice one, and the picture is great. I have one, too, but mine isn't quite as photogenic as yours. I have not
sited it properly at all. Years ago I had a most interesting discussion with Don Dean and Bob Olson on a convention bus tour about
siting hostas, and how important it is not only to get the proper growing conditions, but to find just the right spot to showcase the
hosta.

It's cool to see some of the older hostas that are "off the grid," so to speak. That one's lovely!
