Hosta of the Day - Kifukurin Hyuga

Kifukurin Hyuga is a medium size plant with a thin cream edge and very late flowers.
It is also known as kikutii 'Kifukurin Hyuga'.

I have been growing this plant since 2008 - it was one of the first I put in when I set up my garden.

The voles took out most of this little garden last winter so this plant is gone. I have another in a pot.

I was able to salvage a tiny piece of this plant after the voles destroyed it and it's making a come-back in a pot.
