Hosta of the Day - 'Funky Monkey'

'Funky Monkey' is a goldish type of hosta with purple petioles.

This one got a little attention when I posted it to Facebook this week.

Spring 2013: early season color, with this plant showing some leaves with streaks or some kind of margin. We had hail this (2014) spring, so I don't have a direct comparison.

Just taken today. Notice the striped effect on the leaves, where the veins are lighter than the leaf between them.
