These perennial plants work well as ground covers for shady areas. Other plants such as Hostas can also work as a thick groundcover when planted in masses, but these plants tend to spread on their own so work well as a ground cover.

Alchemilla mollis 'Thriller' is slightly larger and more robust than the species, forming an 18" high mounds of lobed, grayish-green fuzzy leaves that are topped by airy yellow flowers in June. It is best in moisture retentive soil in part shade.

Thank you for another wonderful year!

We are done shipping plants for 2014 due to the early winter weather and are now working on updating the website for 2015. We will start taking spring orders as soon as the website is updated in mid to late December.
