Description: Large yellow leaves are rounded, quilted and corrugated with prominent veins, forming a large mound over time.
Blooms: Near white flowers bloom in mid summer.
Comments: Hosta 'Fat Cat' is a seedling from Hosta 'Sagae' with large leaves that are like a more heavily corrugated version of Hosta 'Sum and Substance'. It is a slow but steady grower that will color well in light sun and will grow best with good soil and regular moisture.
Light: Part sun to full shade. --
Soil: Humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil.
