Hosta 'Touch of Class'

(Hansen 1999)

Clump Size: (M) 30" x 14"

Leaf Size: 7" x 5" -- Vein Pairs: 11 - 12

Description: Leaves are spear-shaped with a thin, yellow to creamy yellow center and a wide and intense, blue to blue-green margin. The center can brighten in some sun but will also darken towards the end of the season and during hot weather. (PP#13080)

Comments: This is a beautiful wide margined, tetraploid sport of H. 'June'. It is a great grower and is one of the prettiest plants in our growing area, especially in spring and early summer.

Light: Light sun to full shade. -- Soil: Humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil.

Related Plants: Halcyon, June

Zones: 2 - 8
