Oenothera missouriensis

Oenothera missouriensis, Missouri primrose, has large, 3" bright lemon-yellow flowers above narrow, light green foliage on 8 to 12" stems. It is drought tolerant and works great as a sprawling groundcover or cascading over a ledge.
