Pardancanda norrisii

Candy lily has iris-like foliage that is topped with 2" blooms in a wide range of mixed colors from purples through yellows, reds, oranges, and bi-colors plus some will be spotted and others won't. The blooms only last a day but are followed by new ones for weeks in mid to late summer. After blooming is done they form large seed pods that open to reveal black seeds that often drop and sprout new babies the following year. Since you never know quite what color you will get from the seeds it is fun to watch the babies grow up to bloom and they are easy to transplant or discard if needed.

Thank you for a great spring season!

We continue to ship Hostas and Daylilies all summer long but we are now done shipping bare root perennials for the spring and will begin shipping perennials again after mid-September. Watch for our bearded Iris listing later in June, as they are just starting to flower here now. We will also be clearing out our lily bulb coolers in early June, so watch for new lily bulb specials coming very soon.

The nursery is now open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, including all holidays. We are located 17 miles south of Jackson, Michigan on US-127, 1/2 mile north of US-12. For GPS directions use the address of 17680 US Highway 127, Cement City, MI 49233 as our regular nursery address usually takes you about 1 mile north of us.
