Heuchera 'Christa'

Heuchera 'Christa' (PP#20764) is a very compact villosa hybrid with leaves that emerge purplish, change to bright orange, then fade to peach. It only grows about 8" high and 10" wide so it works great as a border plant. Heuchera 'Christa' has been a very good grower in our nursery and we have the best results when growing them in containers. They like bright light but prefer to be shaded during the heat of the day. Pale pink flowers bloom in summer but it is mainly grown for its bright foliage.

Height:  6" Spacing:  10 - 12" apart
Light:  Part sun to part shade Soil:  Average to rich, well-draining
Bloom Time:  Summer Zones:  4 - 8
