Comments:  Hosta 'Blue Cadet' is a classic plant that is worth a second look.  It can be used as a border or just as an accent and forms a very symmetrical mound with attractive flowers.  It also is the parent to the incredibly popular Hosta 'Blue Mouse Ears'. Hosta 'Field Rat' is similar but with a darker shade of purple to its flowers.
