Description: Leaves are spear shaped and wavy, solid yellow with the color becoming really bright in late summer, forming a vigorous, medium sized clump.

Blooms: Pale lavender flowers bloom in June.

Comments: Hosta 'Marilyn' is an older plant that deserves to be grown more.  It is an attractive plant with a slight glaucous coating in the spring turning bright yellow by the end of the summer, even in bright shade.

Light: Part sun to full shade. -- Soil: Humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil.
