Description: Leaves are rounded and heart-shaped, thick and slightly corrugated, starting out chartreuse with a dark green margin turning bright yellow in the center as the season progresses.

Blooms: Near white, lavender tinted flowers bloom in July.

Comments: Hosta 'September Sun' is the most commonly grown green margined sport of Hosta 'August Moon'. It is a good growing plant, developing into a very nice sized mound of sun tolerant foliage.

Light: Light sun to full shade. -- Soil: Rich, moist soil.
