Description: Leaves are nicely blue-green with a thin white edge.  It forms a semi-upright hosta with lance-shaped and somewhat wavy white backed leaves and nicely contrasting red stems.

Blooms: Dense lavender flowers bloom on red scapes in late September and into October. The flower scapes often branch and it is possible to have up to 5 independent scapes emerging from a single eye, making it very floriferous.

Comments: This is a white edged sport of Hosta 'Red October' introduced by Jeroen Linneman of the Netherlands who has introduced a vast collection of his "Valley" hosta plants.

Light: Part shade to full shade. -- Soil: Humus-rich, moist but well-drained soil.
