Hydrangea 'Invincibelle Spirit'

Hydrangea arborescens 'Invincibelle™ Spirit' is a fantastic color breakthrough, being the first pink variation of the popular Hydrangea 'Annabelle'. It has beautiful, large, pink turning lavender pink flowers in summer on 3 foot tall and wide plants and will rebloom after deadheading.

This species of Hydrangea flowers on new wood so it blooms very reliably, even in cold climates. It grows in full sun but prefers some shade during the heat of the day. For the sturdiest stems and largest flowers you should cut the plants back flush to the ground in late fall or early spring and our field grown plants will be shipped cut back when shipped. It is a Proven Winners®/Color Choice® variety; official cultivar name is 'NCHA1' (PPAF).

$1.00 for each Hydrangea 'Invincibelle Spirit' that we have for sale has been donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Height: 3' Spacing: 3 to 4' apart
Light: Full sun to part shade Soil: Humus rich, moist but well-draining
Bloom Time: Summer Zones: 3 - 9
