Osmunda (cinnamon fern, interrupted fern, royal fern) from Hallson Gardens:  We ship ferns while dormant in April and May, plus they are available at the nursery in the summer. These are 2 to 3 year old crowns from cultivated stock shipped bare root.

Osmunda regalis

Osmunda regalis, the royal fern or flowering fern, has 3 to 6' tall fronds with lance-shaped leaflets that resemble the foliage of the locust tree. The spores emerge from the tips of the fertile fronds giving it the appearance of a crown or flowers.
