Sedum 'Purple Emperor'
Sedum 'Purple Emperor' is an upright sedum with attractive reddish-purple stems and leaves topped with peachy-pink flowers in late summer. It colors and grows best in lean soil in hot sun. Combine it with variegated plants such as Caryopteris 'Snow Fairy', variegated Miscanthus or variegated sedum or surround it with low growing, bright yellow Sedum angelina for a terrific combination.
